There was a great deal of enthusiasm and anticipation when people learned that Murry were to play again. We have seen them live at the Druid before. The more mature villagers had thought they were just for the kids - until they heard them that is! The first time they played the audience was mainly the bands young fans, but by the end of the night there were as least as many of the old "rockers" as youngsters. |

This time the "pensioners" were at the front from the start shouting encouragement and shaking their less than firm bodies in time to the music (horrid thought). Two of the band have also appeared in a Jam evening with a couple of the older locals which also demonstrated the lads talents and had the audience in raptures. |

Here the boys are relaxing with a few beers after entertaining us all with "Kabab or Shag " and "The Green Green Grass of Home". The connection with the village ( Gwion's mam lives here) and the fact that they appreciate the appreciation of an older audience occaisionally means they play the Druid's humble "concert" room. |

The band's talent both as musicians and entertainers is outstanding and we all hope they will be the next Welsh band to make it big.
The Band are:Matt Gwion Curig and Bill |
